lydia's 50th - all you need to know

Bring your tent, pitch up in the morning, and don't worry about how you're going to get home at the end of the night!  A clean Portaloo will be available, otherwise bring some wipes! 

Please don't bring any glass into the field as there are animals grazing.

You will be able to bring your car into the field.

Entrance is beyond the farm on the left.  It will be well marked.

1. Contribution to the BBQ - Keeping it simple, pack of sausages, burgers, meat kebabs, vegetable kebabs, anything vegetarian...  I will provide salads, bread, condiments. 
2. Contribution to the booze boat - 4 pack lager/cider or a bottle of Prosecco, Rose (Provence) or white wine.  OR a funky spirit for Happy Hour!
3.  Anything you want to drink & a (non-glass) vessle to drink from!
4. Bottles of water for good hydration
5. Bacon (or your chosen brekkie item) for morning butties - I'll provide bread & condiments
6. Ear plugs (I expect the party will continue to the early hours!  The wild animals also bark loudly at night!)
7. NO PRESENTS OR CARDS PLEASE!

There will be a generator for lights and music equipment, and for emergency phone charging, but please bring a phone bank if you can.  There is some phone network at the top of the field, so we are not too cut off.

What will be provided:

1. Ice
2. Soft drinks
3. Some bottles of water
4. Tea/Coffee making faciltiies

We will fire up the BBQ at around 5-6pm.  There will be a range of salads and other cold items, its much appreciated to bring a pack of meat, vegetable or veggie BBQ grills.  I'll supply bread rolls and condiments.

Please bring any other food you require if you are camping.  Note there is limited places to keep things cool, so bring your own eskie/ice if required.
